The mailing address is 132 S Lasky Dr. Floor 2, Unit #225, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. It is not a walk-in office. Call or text (213) 279-6213, or email info@landleap.org.

Does LandLeap buy vacant land?

Yes. LandLeap acquires vacant land from owners, and it also offers land for sale. If you own a parcel and want to ask about a possible sale, start at Sell your land. Not every inquiry becomes a purchase. The site does not publish a timeline or a price for land you own.

Who runs it?

Elie Shalom and Joe Shalom, brothers and managing partners.

Do you finance every property?

Many of our parcels include owner financing, and those plans do not require a bank loan. The listing shows the down payment, monthly amount, and number of payments when a plan is offered. If a listing has no plan, ask us about that parcel.
