LandLeap
How it works
1. Browse the listings
Start with the properties. Each card shows the county and state, the acreage, and the cash price.
2. Read the listing, then ask
Read the parcel, then ask about access, zoning, utilities, terrain, or restrictions. If the listing does not cover something, ask us. We do not guess.
Guides on zoning, road and utility access, and what a seller can document live under Resources.
3. Owner financing, only when the listing has it
Many parcels include owner financing, and those plans do not require a bank loan. Terms are not the same on every parcel.
When a listing includes a plan, it shows:
- the down payment
- the monthly amount
- the number of payments
- the total of those scheduled monthly payments
The down payment is in addition to that total unless the listing says otherwise. Any separate fee is shown only when the listing states it.
We confirm every figure in writing before you pay. Nothing on this page is a commitment until we confirm the terms for that parcel. This is not a loan approval.
4. Talk with us
Elie Shalom and Joe Shalom are the managing partners. Call or text (213) 279-6213 or email info@landleap.org. Mail reaches us at 132 S Lasky Dr. Floor 2, Unit #225, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. That is a mailing address, not a walk-in office.
If you own land instead
This page explains how a buyer looks at a LandLeap listing. If you own vacant land and want to ask whether LandLeap will consider buying it, go to Sell your land. An inquiry is not a promise of an offer.
